In the case of KfW subsidies, our team confirms the eligibility of the submitted offers and issues the necessary proof of utilisation.
Energy consulting for new builds & refurbishments
An efficiency house is characterised by particularly low energy consumption. The term Efficiency House is a quality label developed by the Federal Office of Transport, Building and Urban Development, the German Energy Agency and KfW.
This quality mark is reflected in various levels in the funding programmes. It also decides whether a new building is to be constructed or an existing building is to be refurbished. In principle, the annual primary energy requirement and the transmission heat loss must be verified for each type of building.

Would you like to purchase a listed building because you are interested in preserving historically significant buildings, but at the same time want to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency? Two such contradictory measures require precise planning, so it is better to get a certified energy consultant on your side.
Experts
As independent and certified experts, we prepare your thermal insulation/EnEV/GEG/BEG certificate in accordance with DIN 4108/4701 or DIN V 18599 for residential and non-residential buildings. The energy efficiency expert (energy consultant) is very important for you because he plans the refurbishment, monitors the implementation of the conversion and ensures the quality of all measures so that your project achieves the desired result.

Buildings can be planned and constructed more sustainably using life cycle analyses and profitability calculations. The focus here is on minimising energy and resource consumption and protecting the environment.
